Shipping Information

We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping throughout Australia. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

Our shipping rates are as follows: Standard Shipping $14.95 and Express Post $19.95 Australia wide

Melbourne Metro- Deliveries will be by our driver, courier or Australia Post.

We also send coffee to our customers around the world and International Shipping is available through Australia Post. Prices can be requested by email quists@quistscoffee.com.au

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: quists@quistscoffee.com.au

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Quists Coffee. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Returns Process

To return an item, please email us at quists@quistscoffee.com.au with details and we will either provide you with a return label or make other arrangements.

Please include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
